On tour through Graz: going out and dining to cater to every taste

Graz doesn’t, of course, just consist of the university district and Lend. Quite the opposite: the entire city is flushed with stunning secret spots and cosy pubs worth exploring. And that’s by no means all. The best part? With such a diverse range of places and things to discover, you too are sure to find something for you.

What would a student city be without partying?

Do you prefer to go out partying instead of enjoying a quiet drink at the pub? Then Graz is still the perfect place for you. Whether you’re heading out for a night on the tiles, are celebrating at PPC, going to a concert or making a foray to the university district: it’s crawling with students! After all, you have to celebrate festivities as they come.

More than 20,000 students come together to celebrate the end of the semester at USI-Fest, held on the sports field at the University Graz. For many, it’s THE highlight of the summer semester! The party is also preceded by the Clover Leaf Race, in which professors, staff and students – wearing costumes if they so wish – compete against each other. The USI is the university’s Sports Centre, which offers a wide range of sports courses (at very affordable prices!).
